Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role of a Customer Sales Representative located in Lahore. The Customer Sales Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients (B2C), handling customer inquiries and complaints, and identifying opportunities to increase sales. Other responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets, outbound calls and contributing to the development of customer service policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills in English

Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices

Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or intermediate

Proficiency in English speaking skills (Fluent)

Experience working in a call center environment is a plus
