Description:

  • Prospect Engagement:
  • Make outbound calls to potential clients using the provided lead list.
  • Engage prospects in a friendly and professional manner to establish rapport.
  • Clearly explain the purpose of the call and gather the necessary information.
  • Accident Verification:
  • Verify if the prospect has been involved in a motor vehicle accident within the last two years.
  • Ask pertinent questions to ascertain the details of the accident.
  • Document the responses accurately in the CRM system.
  • Call Transfer:
  • If the prospect confirms involvement in an accident, smoothly transfer the call to the Verification Department.
  • Ensure the transition is seamless and that the prospect is aware of the next steps.
  • Data Management:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Follow data protection and confidentiality protocols strictly.
  • Performance Metrics:
  • Achieve daily and weekly call targets as set by the management.
  • Maintain a high level of call quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide feedback to the team leader on call scripts and processes for continuous improvement.
