OPPO Pakistan is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Customer Research Manager (CRM) to join our team. This role requires a strong understanding of customer insights, market research, and customer behavior analysis. The ideal candidate should also have proficiency in the Chinese language, as it is essential for collaborating with our international teams and analyzing customer data across regions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

📊 Customer Insights & Research

Conduct in-depth customer research and analysis to gather insights about customer preferences, behavior, and needs. Use these insights to drive strategic decisions for product development and marketing strategies.

🔍 Market Trends Analysis

Identify market trends and consumer behavior patterns to inform business strategies and ensure OPPO remains competitive in the market.

📅 Surveys & Feedback Collection

Design, implement, and manage customer surveys, focus groups, and feedback collection to continuously gather valuable customer insights.

💬 Data Interpretation & Reporting

Analyze customer data and provide actionable reports and recommendations to various departments to enhance customer experience and engagement.

🌐 Cross-Cultural Communication

Collaborate with international teams, particularly in China, to ensure accurate data collection and customer understanding. Fluent Chinese language skills are essential for effective communication.

📈 Customer Segmentation

Segment customers based on various factors such as demographics, behavior, and preferences to develop targeted marketing and product strategies.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field from a reputable university.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in customer research, market research, or a related field.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in the Chinese language (both written and spoken) is required.
  • Skills:
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide insights.
  • Experience with customer research tools and platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across regions.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools and reporting platforms.
  • Detail-oriented and results-driven.
