Position Overview: We are looking for a CRM Operations Manager with extensive experience in using CleverTap, Braze, or similar CRM/notification tools. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of hands-on experience in managing CRM operations and driving growth for startups. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong track record of successful CRM campaigns and the ability to present case studies of their efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

● Manage and execute CRM campaigns using tools like CleverTap, Braze, or equivalent.

● Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention for our clients.

● Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve effectiveness.

● Collaborate with the growth team to design and implement customer journey maps.

● Maintain detailed documentation of all campaigns, strategies, and outcomes.

● Present case studies and campaign results during internal meetings and client presentations.

● Work closely with clients to understand their needs and tailor CRM solutions accordingly.

● Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in CRM and digital marketing.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

● Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with CleverTap, Braze, or similar CRM/notification tools.

● Proven track record of driving growth and engagement through CRM campaigns.

● Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.

● Excellent communication and presentation skills.

● Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

● Experience working with startups and documenting case studies is highly preferred.
