Description:

The CRM Executive will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless post-sales operations and maintaining strong relationships with customers.

  • Generate and execute sales purchase agreements and allotment letters for customers.
  • Coordinate with customers to address any post-sales queries or concerns.
  • Handle client escalations effectively, ensuring satisfactory resolutions and timely closures.
  • Maintain the customer database accurately, updating information as required.
  • Adopt a customer-centric approach in all interactions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Utilize strong communication skills to effectively engage with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in advanced Excel and ERP systems to efficiently manage customer data and processes.
