As a Customer Lifecycle Manager at One Group, you will be at the forefront of devising and implementing strategies that span the entire customer journey, from acquisition through to retention and loyalty. Your role is crucial in ensuring that customers worldwide receive tailored communication, fostering long-term relationships. This position requires a blend of analytical prowess, strategic thinking, and cultural sensitivity to cater to our diverse global customer base.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee a global customer lifecycle strategy that enhances engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value across different markets.
- Analyze global customer trends and behaviors to tailor strategies that meet diverse customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure a cohesive and personalized customer experience.
- Design and implement targeted lifecycle campaigns that address the unique challenges and opportunities within the PropTech industry.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of customer lifecycle initiatives, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Foster strong customer relationships through personalized engagement tactics and proactive communication.
- Lead the integration of CRM and other technology tools to streamline customer data analysis and lifecycle management.
- Promote a culture of customer-centricity within the organization, sharing best practices and insights across regions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in customer lifecycle management, ideally within the PropTech or related industries, with a proven track record on a global scale.
- Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools.
- Exceptional communication skills with the aptitude to interact effectively with diverse global teams and customers.
- Deep understanding of global market dynamics, cultural nuances, and the ability to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Experience in leading cross-functional projects and initiatives in a fast-paced, global environment.
