Diabetes TeleCare Pvt Limited Company is seeking a **Customer Liaison Manager** for our Hyderabad office. This role involves managing patient data entry and ensuring seamless communication between patients and the healthcare team, enhancing their experience with our digital healthcare services.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Accurately input and manage all patient data in our systems.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries and support.
- Facilitate smooth communication between patients and healthcare providers.
- Ensure timely follow-ups, appointments, and patient updates.
- Assist patients in using the Diabetes TeleCare app and digital tools effectively.
- Collect and act on patient feedback to improve overall service quality.

**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) or IT-related field.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Confident and well-spoken with excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in **English** and **Urdu** (written and spoken).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a healthcare setting.
- Proficient in using digital systems and applications.
