Job Description

• Answer incoming calls of customers
• Perform outbound and inbound calls in response to alerts, tickets and to sell
• Respond or create tickets in response to alerts and customer queries
• Collaborate within and outside department to address customer queries
• Working in rotating shifts including coming to office on public holidays or as per demand of shift
• Carry out any-other task as and when assigned by team lead or manager or HOD
