• Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, and calls.

• Provide prompt and professional support to customers.

• Assist customers with orders, product queries, and troubleshooting.

• Maintain a positive and friendly attitude to enhance the customer experience.

• Collaborate with the team to improve processes and customer satisfaction.

 

Requirements:

 

✔ Strong communication skills (English & Urdu preferred).

✔ Prior customer service experience is a plus.

✔ Ability to handle multiple conversations efficiently.

✔ Tech-savvy and comfortable using customer service platforms.

✔ A proactive problem-solver with a customer-first approach.

✔ Stable internet connection and a quiet work environment.
