Key Responsiblities:

 

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address complex or unresolved issues
  • Provide product and service information to customers
  • Meet performance targets such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
  • Escalate issues as necessary to relevant departments
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings
