The Impact: The Customer Care Advisor Team is responsible for proactively fostering meaningful relationships with clients to identify opportunities for leveraging the company's products, ensuring they achieve their objectives and derive maximum value from the services provided. This team acts as the primary point of contact for non-commercial relationship management with clients.

Responsibilities:
 

  • Partnering with clients to understand their needs, objectives, product usage, and overall internal workflows.
  • Provide constructive and actionable client feedback to Product Management or other departments regarding product requirements, enhancement requests, and ideas.
  • Providing transparency to internal stakeholders regarding issues, risks, and opportunities.
  • Increasing product adoption and usage among clients.
  • Collaborating with sales to schedule client meetings and demos.
  • Checking in with clients regularly and offering support.
