The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing an engaging and effective educational program that meets the needs of learners and aligns with industry standards with a focus on building students' critical decision-making, communication skills, and use of AI. This role requires a deep understanding of the subject matter and the ability to translate that expertise into an accessible learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough research on current trends, best practices, and requirements in the respective field.
• Develop a structured curriculum outline that includes course content, learning outcomes, and assessment strategies.
• Create engaging instructional materials, such as lesson plans, multimedia content, assessments, and resource guides.
• Ensure that the curriculum aligns with project goals.
• Review and revise curriculum materials based on feedback from pilot testing and continuous improvement processes.
• Provide training and support to instructors and facilitators on the implementation of the curriculum.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the curriculum and make recommendations for updates or enhancements.
