We are seeking a Customer Service Representative with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to resolve customer issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency.
  • Maintain customer records and update account information as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and escalate issues to management when necessary.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or related role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Proficient in using customer service software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.
