Responsibilities :
• Ensure the efficiency of Workflows of Microsoft 365 in relation to code functionalities
• Provide strategic direction and vision for the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Ability to handle Power Platform along with its domains including the power applications, power agents, power automation, and power BI
• Oversee the implementation, configuration, and ongoing optimization of the CRM system to enhance business processes and drive efficiency.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements, ensure alignment, and drive user adoption.
• Lead and mentor a team of CRM professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration of CRM with other systems and tools.
• Develop and implement training programs to ensure users are proficient in the CRM system and can maximize its capabilities.
• Establish metrics and KPIs to monitor the performance of the CRM system, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
• Manage relationships with Microsoft and other third-party vendors, ensuring timely support and collaboration on product enhancements.
Skills Required:
Technical skills;
• Ability to configure and customize Dynamics CRM to meet specific business requirements in terms of entities, fields, forms and views.
• Proficient knowledge in Sequel Server and SSRS reporting
• Ability to productively handle plug-in development through C# and .Net
• Proficiency in .Net, C#, HTML and JavaScript
• Knowledge of integrating Dynamics CRM with other systems along with cloud-to-cloud integration and ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git or TFS (Team Foundation Server) to manage codebase changes and collaborate with other developers
• Knowledge of SQL and data management system Analytical skills
• Problem-solving and data handling abilities

• Ability to forecast and predict analysis Interpersonal skills

Preferred Educational Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, Business administration, or any relevant field (mandatory)
• Proficient experience in CRM leadership roles, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Strong understanding of CRM best practices, methodologies, and technologies.
• Experience Required Minimum 4 years
