Description:
Scaleable Solutions is looking for a Senior D365 CRM Consultant / Power Platform Consultant to lead and deliver large-scale Dynamics 365 projects, working closely with clients to define requirements and develop solutions. This role demands expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Power Platform, and Azure Services, along with leadership experience in managing development teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team of 4 – 6 developers and consultants, ensuring seamless execution of high-impact projects.
- Collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into powerful technical solutions.
- Provide expert consultancy on Dynamics 365 implementations, upgrades, integrations, and migrations, delivering efficiency and innovation.
- Customize, extend, and integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with Microsoft and third-party applications to create seamless digital ecosystems.
- Design and develop Plugins, Custom Workflow Activities, and integrate external applications to optimize CRM functionality.
- Implement and support a full range of D365 modules, including Sales, Field Service, Customer Service, Marketing, and Portals.
- Harness the power of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages) to craft intuitive business applications.
- Leverage Azure Services such as Azure Functions, Web Jobs, and Azure AD to build scalable and secure cloud-based solutions.
- Utilize Azure OpenAI Services to revolutionize automation and business intelligence.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4-5 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio to drive intelligent automation.
- Deep expertise in D365 customization, integration, and extension development.
- Strong command over Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages.
- Solid understanding of Azure Services (Functions, Web Jobs, and AD) and ASP.NET MVC.
- Proven track record of integrating third-party applications with Dynamics 365.
- Microsoft Certifications in Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform is a plus.
