The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, configuring, testing, executing, and monitoring email marketing campaigns within the CRM marketing platform. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement email marketing campaigns in alignment with company objectives and brand standards.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine campaign concepts and content.
- Ensure all campaigns are optimized for performance and deliverability.
- Configure HTML email templates, ensuring they are visually appealing and align with brand guidelines.
- Optimize templates for various email clients and devices, ensuring consistent display.
- Conduct thorough testing of email campaigns to ensure error-free execution.
- Validate all links, email forms, and dynamic content in emails.
- Test email deliverability across different email clients and ISPs.
- Configure target groups/segmentation within the CRM platform based on marketing strategies.
- Schedule and release email campaigns as per the marketing calendar.
- Ensure timely delivery of all campaign elements.
- Monitor campaign performance using CRM analytics and other relevant tools.
- Ensure all email marketing activities comply with legal and regulatory standards.
- Stay updated on email marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in email marketing campaign development, preferably in a CRM environment.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and email design principles.
- Familiarity with CRM marketing tools and analytics.
- Strong project management abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Previous experience creating and optimizing email campaigns within an e-commerce or digital marketing environment.
- Knowledge of email deliverability best practices and CAN-SPAM compliance.
- Minimum 1 year experience working on Microsoft Dynamics
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively within a team.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum five years of work experience
