Crm Business Analyst

Description:

Penta Consulting are a technology service provider helping to deliver professional and managed solutions across the EMEA. We are looking for a Dynamics 365 CRM Business Analyst to support a system integrator client of ours based in Saudi Arabia.

The selected candidate must have expertise in D365 CRM and Project Operations functionalities with a Business Analyst / Product Owner background.

Requirements:

• Proven practical experience on the various modules of the MS Dynamics CRM 365 Customer Engagement platform, most preferable Sales and Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service modules.
• Knowledge of the Customization part of the MS Dynamics CRM 365 Customer Engagement platform (data model configuration, views, forms, advanced search, dashboard, workflow, business rules, etc.)
• Proficient user of Microsoft tools such as Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint
• The following will be a plus:
• Microsoft Dynamics certifications
• Knowledge of complementary tools such as PowerBI and SharePoint
• Knowledge of the concepts of Digital Transformation, omnichannel and the social world
