Description:
GID Enterprises is seeking a Creative Video Editor who is proficient in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for editing high-quality video content for digital marketing, social media, and internal projects, including the creation of engaging short-form content like reels and YouTube shorts. You will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to create videos that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Video Editing: Edit raw footage into compelling, high-quality videos for social media platforms, websites, and other digital mediums using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Short-Form Content: Create engaging reels, shorts, and other short-form content tailored for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Motion Graphics: Create and integrate motion graphics, animations, and special effects to enhance video content.
- Storytelling: Collaborate with the creative team to understand the desired narrative and bring stories to life through video editing.
- Content Creation: Assist in brainstorming, planning, and executing video concepts for marketing campaigns, product promotions, and social media content.
- Audio Editing: Sync audio, clean up sound, and add music or voiceovers as necessary to create a polished final product.
- File Management: Organize and manage video files, ensuring proper backup and accessibility.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and meets the highest standards for quality, color grading, and sound.
- Revisions: Work on feedback and revisions from the creative team and clients to finalize videos.
Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro (mandatory).
- Proven experience creating reels, TikTok videos, YouTube shorts, or similar short-form content.
- Experience with motion graphics, color grading, and video effects.
- Strong understanding of various video formats and platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, etc.).
- A portfolio demonstrating a strong sense of visual storytelling and creative editing skills, including short-form content.
- Basic knowledge of audio editing tools (e.g., Audition) is a plus.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to feedback.
- A strong eye for detail and design, with an understanding of current video trends.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in film production, video editing, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in a digital marketing agency or working on corporate video projects.
- Familiarity with other Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
- Experience with 2D/3D animation is a plus.
