We are seeking a Creative & Studio Manager to lead our creative team while ensuring efficient workflow and project execution. The ideal candidate will oversee the creative process, manage resources, and streamline studio operations to ensure timely and impactful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Leadership: Lead and manage the creative team, ensuring high-quality execution of projects.
Concept Development: Oversee storytelling, brand consistency, and visual direction across all creative outputs.
Studio Operations: Manage workflow, resource allocation, and deadlines to ensure smooth studio operations.
Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, strategists, and client servicing teams to align creative work with business objectives.
Quality Control: Maintain brand guidelines and quality standards for all creative projects.
Innovation & AI Integration: Stay updated on industry trends and integrate AI tools for workflow automation and creative ideation.

Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in a creative leadership or studio management role within an agency.
✔ A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creative direction and project execution.
✔ Proven ability to manage teams, timelines, and creative workflows.
✔ Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
✔ Experience with AI tools for creative development and process optimization is a plus.
