Diginet Global is looking for an experienced Creative Manager to provide our creative team with guidance and ideas to launch new impressive projects. You will devise the concepts and strategies for a particular venture and will monitor its progress. You will be able to implement your creative vision and become the point of reference for any creative plan that wants to make its way to the customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develops junior members of the creative team.
- Drives creativity and innovation for the agency.
- Actively leads the internal creative team ensuring new ideas, and concepts are presented by the team to the team.
- Ensures that work is delivered to scope and time.
- Assist in the allocation of creative resources.
- Develops and signs off on all creative estimates and ensures high-quality, profitable execution of creative deliverables.
- Coordinates with creative team lead in projections for, and assignment of, creative discipline group members to client projects.
- Maintains an awareness of the status and project deliverables of all discipline group members' project work.
- Facilitates and orchestrates contact between the creative team lead and the creative team.
- Participates constructively in inter-department and cross-service line communications.
- Contributes to the evolution and maintenance of each creative discipline workflow.
Job Requirements:
- Strong creative and conceptual vision for multimedia.
- Ability to execute high-quality integrated interactive communications between the creative team and the creative director.
- Strong comprehension of information about editorial disciplines and methodologies.
- Mastery of project concept creation, functionality specification, and interactive design.
- Ability to direct creative teams.
- Strong time management and creative resource management capabilities.
- Has demonstrated the ability to direct and multi-task effectively under pressure.
- Able to work well within a team environment, helping and supporting team members whenever necessary.
