Creative Marketing Manger

Description:

We are looking for a Creative Marketing Manager. The candidate will be responsible for the creation and expansion of our marketing department. You will work on creating, executing, and expanding our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. We require a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Experienced graphic designer who leads creative development.
• Effectively manage the creative & marketing teams, including allocation, prioritization, deadlines, and accountability.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize based on tight deadlines.
• Serves as key owner of the creation and execution of brand guidelines, and ensures guidelines are consistently delivered across multiple customer touchpoints.
• Design emails, digital advertisements, print ads, social media campaigns, in-store collateral, and graphics.
• Work with other functional groups such as HR, Education and E-commerce to support their communication and design needs.
• Maintain quality and brand standards on all marketing communications.
• Help ideate and develop innovative design solutions for graphic/marketing across the entire business. Evolve the brand and enhance the instore and online experiences.
