The Marketing & Creative Director will work closely with the CEO to drive the company’s vision, leading efforts across sales, marketing, creative direction, and operations. This role requires a unique blend of leadership, business administration expertise, and digital marketing skills. Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Marketing Strategies: Lead and execute strategies to drive growth in sales, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
- Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing efforts, including email campaigns, PPC, and social media, ensuring effective outreach and brand consistency.
- E-commerce Management: Manage website design and basic coding updates to enhance user experience and ensure smooth Shopify functionality.
- Creative Marketing: Develop innovative marketing strategies, focusing on content creation, branding, and advertising to captivate target audiences.
- Sales Alignment: Collaborate with sales teams to align strategies for maximum impact.
- Creative Direction & Branding: Lead the creative team in developing visually stunning campaigns and maintaining consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring top performance across marketing, creative, and sales efforts.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze and track the success of marketing strategies, adjusting as needed to achieve company goals.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in business administration, sales, and marketing, ideally in the fashion industry.
- Proficient in Shopify, Adobe Creative Suite, and digital marketing tools.
- Strong sales, marketing, branding, and creative development expertise.
- A creative, results-driven leader with the ability to multitask and adapt to industry trends.
