Key Responsibilities::

 

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of creative professionals, including designers, copywriters, and multimedia specialists.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Develop and implement creative strategies that align with client goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the conceptualization and execution of all digital marketing campaigns and projects.
  • Ensure all creative work meets high standards of quality, creativity, and consistency.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success Manager to understand client needs and objectives.
  • Present creative concepts and strategies to clients, articulating the vision and rationale behind each project.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns or feedback.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as account management and production, to streamline workflows and processes.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of creative projects, making adjustments as needed.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and creative fields.
  • Implement innovative approaches and ideas to keep the agency's work at the forefront of the industry.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably within a digital marketing agency.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative digital projects and campaigns.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in creative software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma).
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively, balancing both client needs and business goals.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
