Creative Manager

 

Description:

Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement creative strategies, campaigns, and concepts that meet the client's objectives. 

· Collaborate with other departments, including production, media, and research, to ensure that all projects are delivered seamlessly and effectively. 

· Lead the creative team, providing guidance and feedback on all relevant projects.

· Stay up-to-date with market trends and developments, and keep the team updated as well.

· To be able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Reviewing and approving creative work to ensure it meets quality standards, brand guidelines, and project requirements.

 

Requirements:

·1-2 years of experience in a creative role in an advertising agency, with a proven track record of success 

·A strong creative portfolio and expertise in various creative disciplines, such as graphic design, copywriting, photography, or video production.

·Strong leadership and management skills, including the ability to motivate, inspire, and guide a team of creative professionals.

·Exceptional communication skills to effectively convey creative concepts and ideas to team members, stakeholders, and clients.

·The ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions that align with the organization's goals and objectives.

· Strong project management skills to ensure creative projects are completed on time and within budget.
