We are seeking a Creative Manager specializing in Concepts & Copy to join our team. This role is ideal for a storyteller with a flair for crafting big ideas, writing compelling scripts, and developing impactful concepts for advertising campaigns. Key Responsibilities:
Creative Ideation
- Develop original concepts for ad films, digital campaigns, and brand storytelling.
- Translate briefs into impactful ideas that resonate with target audiences across diverse platforms.
Scriptwriting
- Write engaging, effective scripts for TVCs, digital ads, and branded content.
- Collaborate with directors and production teams to ensure scripts translate effectively to film.
Copywriting Excellence
- Craft clear, concise, and engaging copy for campaigns, ensuring consistency with brand voice and tone.
- Produce compelling taglines, campaign themes, and storylines.
Collaboration
- Work closely with creative directors, strategists, and account teams to ensure concepts align with client objectives.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative reviews, bringing fresh ideas to the table.
Campaign Development
- Contribute to the development of integrated campaigns, ensuring messaging consistency across all touchpoints.
- Provide thought leadership on storytelling trends and consumer insights.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience & Expertise
- 3+ years of experience in creative roles within an advertising agency.
- Proven expertise in concept development and scriptwriting, particularly for ad films.
- A portfolio showcasing strong storytelling, ad film concepts, and copywriting skills.
