Description:
Looking for a dynamic and experienced Creative Lead to derive the creative vision for Corporate Events & BTL Activities. This role involves ideating and conceptualizing events and activities that meet the client expectations. The ideal candidate shall have a prior experience of working at an agency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the creative direction for a variety of Corporate Events and BTL Activations from concept development to execution.
- Proposal designing as per project requirements.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and translate them into unique and impactful event experiences.
- Oversee the design, creative strategy and production of event elements, ensuring they align with the creative vision and brand guidelines.
- Work with the event management team to ensure seamless integration of creative concepts into event logistics.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into event designs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a creative lead or similar role, ideally within the event management industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your ability to conceptualize and execute high-quality events.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate creative ideas to clients and team members.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
