Responsibilities:

Lead Design Initiatives: Take charge of creative projects, providing leadership and guidance to the design team to ensure high-quality and innovative solutions.

Android App Design: Leverage your expertise in Android app design to create visually striking and intuitive interfaces, with a specific focus on FG, SS, and Home Screen elements.

User-Centric Design: Drive the creation of user-centric designs that enhance overall user experiences and align with industry best practices.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to translate project requirements into visually appealing and functional design concepts.

Brand Consistency: Maintain and enforce brand consistency across all design elements, ensuring a cohesive and recognizable brand identity.

Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging design technologies, bringing fresh and innovative ideas to the table.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Senior Graphic Designer, with a focus on Android app design tasks.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Market-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite. Familiarity with Android Studio and other relevant software is a plus.

Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of Android app design projects and demonstrating a keen eye for detail and creativity.

Leadership: Previous experience in a leadership role, providing guidance and direction to design teams.

Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey design concepts and rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
