Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute content strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives.
- Must possess a strong understanding of storytelling, visual aesthetics, and audience engagement, and must be able to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members to bring creative projects to life.
- Collaborating with writers and team members to produce engaging content.
- Researching and staying updated on SEO, content trends, and consumer behavior.
- Updating older content to meet new standards.
- Ensuring consistency across websites, social media, and videos.
- Maintaining a calendar of project deadlines and content deliverables.
- Proficiency in all social media platforms: Snapchat, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Overseeing the development and launch of new content channels.
- Ideation for content curation and creation across all media platforms.
- Stay informed about industry trends, audience preferences, and new technologies to inform creative decisions and strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., film, television, media studies, communications, marketing) or equivalent work experience.
- Strong storytelling and creative writing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and other relevant software. Know-how of Adobe Creative Suite.
- Knowledge of industry trends, audience preferences, and new technologies.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and project requirements.
