Job Summary: We are seeking creative leadership with an appetite for taking up International clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of creative vision, strategic thinking, and project management skills to develop and execute compelling designs and campaigns that resonate with target audiences and achieve client objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
- This role requires efforts to establish a creative department, setting up design operations and recruitment of teams.
- Manage and mentor a team of 3D and 2D designers, creative managers, animators, and other creative professionals.
- Liaison with GCC teams to meet company’s short term and long term goals.
- Assign tasks, provide clear direction, and review outputs to ensure quality and consistency.
Creative Strategy & Ideation
- Develop creative strategies tailored to GCC markets, ensuring alignment with cultural nuances and client objectives.
- Lead brainstorming sessions to generate impactful concepts across activations, retail designs, events, exhibitions, animations, and key visuals.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and Planners to understand their goals and translate them into innovative creative solutions.
Infrastructure Development & Optimization
- Evaluate the agency's computing and IT infrastructure needs, ensuring it supports creative processes efficiently.
- Collaborate with IT and operations teams to implement high-performance workstations, servers, and software to support animations, rendering, and experiential design projects.
- Ensure the agency’s tools and systems are optimized for creative workflows, including file management, cloud storage, and collaborative platforms.
- Research and recommend emerging technologies to enhance productivity and scalability for projects requiring complex animations and immersive designs.
Project Oversight
- Oversee the end-to-end creative process for projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and exceed client expectations.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure feasibility and execution of ideas, particularly for events and experiential activations.
- Balance multiple projects and prioritize tasks based on client and business needs.
Innovation & Market Trends
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in activations, experiential marketing, and retail design within the GCC region.
- Incorporate emerging technologies and innovative techniques into creative processes.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Design, Mass com, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
- 8+ years of total experience with 5 years in senior creative role within a creative agency, with a portfolio showcasing work in activations, retail designs, events, and experiential campaigns.
- Proven experience in building or optimizing computing infrastructure to support creative processes.
- Extensive experience working with GCC clients, with a deep understanding of cultural and market dynamics.
Skills:
- Strong conceptual thinker with the ability to turn ideas into actionable creative plans.
- Proven expertise in managing multidisciplinary creative teams.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, and 3D rendering software.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
