We’re seeking a Creative Designer with a passion for skincare, social media trends, and meme-worthy content! You’ll be the creative force behind our brand’s visual storytelling, crafting engaging content that resonates with our audience and amplifies Modist Care’s mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design visually compelling social media creatives (static posts, stories, reels) that align with skincare trends and Modist Care’s brand identity.
- Create humorous, relatable meme-style content to boost engagement and connect with younger audiences.
- Develop brand campaigns for product launches, promotions, and educational initiatives (e.g., skincare tips, ingredient transparency).
- Curate and maintain a cohesive aesthetic across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm innovative ideas for increasing brand awareness and customer loyalty.
- Stay ahead of social media trends, beauty industry developments, and competitor strategies.
- Adapt content for both skincare and haircare products (e.g., shampoos, conditioners, serums).
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in creative design, preferably in skincare, cosmetics, or beauty.
- Portfolio showcasing expertise in social media content (memes, infographics, stories) and brand campaigns.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook algorithms and best practices.
- Ability to blend creativity with strategy—turning brand values (transparency, inclusivity) into viral content.
- A knack for humor and cultural relevance to craft shareable memes and relatable captions.
- Knowledge of skincare ingredients, trends, and common concerns (e.g., acne, hydration, anti-aging).
Nice to Have:
- Basic video editing skills (for Reels/short-form videos).
- Experience with user-generated content (UGC) campaigns.
