The Growth Team is seeking a Creative Designer to shape AdalFi's visual identity and support various teams. Responsibilities include defining the visual identity across digital and physical mediums, enhancing website design, creating organic campaigns for B2B scenarios, collaborating with customers for launches, and aiding Sales Teams with asset creation.

- Develop and maintain AdalFi's visual identity

- Enhance website design and branding elements

- Execute organic campaigns for social media and email

- Collaborate with customers on launch collateral

- Support Sales Teams with asset creation

- 3-5 years of relevant experience

- Strong communication skills
