Description:
JOB REQUIREMENT:
- Participate in brainstorming creative ideas for marketing & communication across all social media channels.
- Implement and manage social media strategies and campaigns.
- Create and manage all published content (graphics & written), and ensure it aligns with the company’s brand and voice.
- Create creative designs and artwork using Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, and other AI tools for Social Media posts and other collaterals.
- Schedule and post social media content across the Company's social media channels.
- Collaborate with animator/video editor to create video/animated content.
- Interact with the audience on Social Media, and respond to inquiries or complaints.
- Monitor users' engagement and other metrics as guided periodically
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelors in Media Sciences, Marketing, or relevant field; or an experience of at least 2 years in the field.
· Proficiency in Canva, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
· Excellent Content Writing Skills.
- Excellent understanding of various social media platforms, their specifications, and audience demographics.
- Familiarity with SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics to optimize content and monitor traffic and user engagement.
- Familiarity with social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, etc. for scheduling and tracking the performance of posts.
- Familiarity with web design and publishing.
- Ability to brainstorm ideas and help create social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, enhance audience engagement, or drive website traffic.
- Creativity and a keen eye for aesthetics to develop visually compelling content.
