Responsibilities:

•Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics, trends, and current events to identify relevant and engaging content ideas for social media platforms.

•Generate innovative and unique content concepts that align with our brand's voice and objectives.

•Collaborate with the content writing team to provide research-based insights and ideas to enhance the quality and effectiveness of social media content.

•Stay updated on the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to ensure the content remains fresh, relevant, and impactful.

•Source and curate relevant visual content, such as images, videos, and infographics, to enhance the visual appeal and engagement of social media posts.

•Utilize social media analytics tools to monitor and analyze the performance of content, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.

•Work closely with the marketing team to develop content strategies and campaigns that resonate with the target audience and drive engagement.

•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and inputs for content creation, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.

•Stay informed about competitor activities and industry trends to provide recommendations and insights for maintaining a competitive edge.

 

Requirements:

•Proven experience as a Content Researcher, preferably with a focus on social media platforms.

•Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data from various sources.

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and the ability to present findings and insights effectively.

•In-depth understanding of social media platforms, their features, algorithms, and best practices.

•Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms to track content performance and derive actionable insights.

•Creative mindset with the ability to generate unique content ideas and think outside the box.

•Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines.

•Knowledge of SEO principles and keyword research techniques to optimize content for search engines is a plus.

•Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
