Responsibilities:

· Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics, trends, and current events to identify relevant and engaging content ideas for social media platforms.

· Generate innovative and unique content concepts that align with our brand's voice and objectives.

· Collaborate with the content writing team to provide research-based insights and ideas to enhance the quality and effectiveness of social media content.

· Stay updated on the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to ensure the content remains fresh, relevant, and impactful.

· Source and curate relevant visual content, such as images, videos, and infographics, to enhance the visual appeal and engagement of social media posts.

· Utilize social media analytics tools to monitor and analyze the performance of content, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.

· Work closely with the marketing team to develop content strategies and campaigns that resonate with the target audience and drive engagement.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and inputs for content creation, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.

· Stay informed about competitor activities and industry trends to provide recommendations and insights for maintaining a competitive edge.

 

Requirements:

· Proven experience as a Content Researcher, preferably with a focus on social media platforms.

· Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data from various sources.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and the ability to present findings and insights effectively.

· In-depth understanding of social media platforms, their features, algorithms, and best practices.

· Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms to track content performance and derive actionable insights.

· Creative mindset with the ability to generate unique content ideas and think outside the box.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines.

· Knowledge of SEO principles and keyword research techniques to optimize content for search engines is a plus.

· Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
