Description:
As a Courier Sales Officer at Parwaaz Courier, you will play a pivotal role in establishing our presence in the market and expanding our client base. This position requires a proactive and results-driven individual with a passion for sales and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new customers and drive revenue growth for the company.
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Cultivate strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase our services and value proposition to potential clients.
- Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure smooth and timely delivery of services to clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements in line with company policies and objectives.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs to track progress against targets and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities, pipeline development, and revenue forecasts to management.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums to promote our brand and expand our reach.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the courier, logistics, or related industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to succeed in a competitive environment.
