Description:

The suitable candidate will guide an internal team of technicians and actively participate with them in the field.

Requirements

Technical Proficiency: Essential knowledge of electronics, AC/DC circuitry, LV/MV systems, and distribution. Expertise in High Voltage Activity and Maintenance required. Proven experience in project management and 0&M for solar plants.

Qualification and Experience: Minimum Graduate (engineering degree desirable) with 7-10 years' back- ground in solar energy operations and troubleshooting, including traditional generation exposure.

Legacy Equipment Management: Skilled in managing distributed generation with legacy equipment and collaborating with OEMs.

Operations and Maintenance: Proficient in planning and executing routine O&M plans, along with handling minor and major corrective tasks.

 Autonomous Approach: Capable of proactive, availability and fieldwork participation.

Roles & Responsibilities:

 Project Management: Oversee multiple projects, managing warranty and O&M phases effectively.

Performance Optimization: Monitor system performance continuously, providing support for both on-site and remote operations. Deliver monthly reports to clients with performance enhancements.

Communication: Maintain clear and efficient communication with clients and OEMs, ensuring seamless collaboration,

Technical Excellence: Swiftly resolve technical faults, ensuring smooth project operations.

Operational Leadership: Direct all O&M aspects, including warranty management, while enforcing best practices, process controls, and accurate record-keeping. Attend meetings as a company representative and perform additional tasks as required.
