Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist counselling team with administration and customer support services
  • Keep management informed by generating and analysing reports, summarising information and resolving queries
  • Maintain individual client files and logs and manage client communication for all counselling products including; undergraduate, graduate, MBA, school abroad, foundation, college road map student advisory program
  • Take lead in planning for appointments, board meetings, conferences or events within or outside city and to plan any reservations, take away orders, local or international travel for any Director or ELP excursions including hotel and camp research and bookings, itinerary development, collaborations for activities or excursions, visas and ticket arrangements like seat allocations, cancellations, billings etc.
  • Develop and maintain operational reports for the department
  • Support marketing, business development, executive and client data requests from Counselling department
  • Build and manage Dignosco counsellors’ network and key relationships with schools, colleges and universities, identifying business opportunities
  • Coordinate with all Dignosco offices

 

Requirements

  • At least bachelor’s degree from a reputable local or international University
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Articulate, energetic, team player, social, and responsible
  • Self-starter with ability to take initiative and multi task
  • Knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel and Power Point
