Cost Estimator / Xactimate Writer

Innotec Engineering Services is seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Cost Estimator/Xactimate Writer to join our team on-site. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in problem-solving abilities and experience in estimating costs for commercial, residential, and industrial projects.

As a key member of our team, you will calculate project costs, prepare detailed takeoff estimates, review materials, labor, and overhead, and provide accurate estimates to help drive business decisions.

We need a professional with 1-2 years of experience in cost estimating (restoration estimation of damaged buildings), takeoff estimation, or a related field.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other project documents to prepare accurate cost estimates.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate scope and pricing.
• Stay organized and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in cost estimating or a related field.
• This job is on-site, so candidates should preferably be based in Islamabad.
• Fluent in speaking English.
