Corporate Trainer

Description:

This is a contract role for a Corporate Trainer at 3D EDUCATORS - TRAINERS & CONSULTANTS located in Karāchi, and Lahore with flexibility for some remote work. The Corporate Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs to enhance employee knowledge and skills. They will develop training materials, conduct training sessions, and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. The Corporate Trainer will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and provide customized solutions.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

• Proven experience as a Corporate Trainer or similar role
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and learning methodologies
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Ability to adapt training programs to meet the needs of diverse audiences
• Experience with virtual training platforms and e-learning tools
• Organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Certification in training or instructional design is a plus
• Experience in the {industry} industry is a plus
