Responsibilities
- Ensure the achievement of monthly revenue targets by maintaining a healthy pipeline of large hospitals and healthcare organizations. This includes actively prospecting, generating leads, and closing sales with a focus on meeting revenue goals.
- Ensure that at least 90% of the accounts onboarded during the year 2023 are actively and effectively utilizing our services. This involves providing ongoing support, training, and assistance to clients to maximize their usage of our products.
- Close all sales deals with zero caveats, demonstrating confidence and trust in our product in its current form.
- Build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and position our solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Work with clients to establish a payment schedule and ensure all payment processes are efficiently managed and executed.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical abilities.
- Self-motivated with a drive for results and a passion for sales.
