We are looking for candidates with 3-4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in general corporate and commercial work. The successful candidate will join our dynamic corporate practice, working on diverse and challenging matters for our prestigious client base.

Eligibility:

✓ 3-4 years post-qualification corporate and commercial law experience with a reputed law firm

✓ Proficiency in structuring and reviewing commercial agreements

✓ Solid grasp of shareholders’ agreements, subscription agreements, company law, foreign exchange regulations and compliance requirements of the SBP and SECP

✓ Demonstrated research skills and ability to provide practical legal solutions

✓ Strong commercial acumen and industry awareness

✓ Law degree from a renowned university
