Traffic routing and project implementations related to network performance efficiency/security and closely measure and follow all performance SLAs with vendors.
Vendor management and fault management.
Spare management and documentation of the critical data connectivity.
Alarm escalation handling and complaints management related to the data traffic.
IGW Configuration related to new nodes and optimization of old ones.
Deployment of nodes and its acceptance for integration with the live network.
To plan and ensure implementation for system upgrades and patches related to Datacom network.
To co-ordinate with other departments for new requirements and plan for implementation.
Provide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor of Engineering (Electronics/Electrical/Computer Science) or equivalent degree
Huawei Datacom Experience is a Plus
Work Experience:
3~4 Years of relevant experience
Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools
Solid understanding of the OSI or TCP/IP model, BGP, OSPF
CCNA or HCNA certified (preferred)
Skills – Generic:

Hands on Experience on Huawei Datacom network and its deployment
In depth knowledge of procedures like data signaling flow, Wireshark tracing etc.
