Description:

• MA or M.Sc. in any discipline or 16 years education at least in 2nd division from a University or Degree Awarding Institute duly recognized by HEC; and
• Twelve years post qualification teaching or administrative or professional experience in HEC recognized Public or Private University or Degree

• Awarding Institute or Public Sector Organization.
• Note: Pay, Leave, Perks & Privileges as admissible to a Government Servant in BS-20

• Interested Applicants are required to apply online through University website i.e. https://careers.fjwu.edu.pk and MUST also submit the hard copy of the application form along with required documents. Moreover, during the application process, the candidates must upload electronic copies of their documents.
• Once the candidate enters all the information and uploads the required documents on the portal, he/she can apply on the job. After applying on the job, the application processing fee (non- refundable) can be paid via any online banking app using Kuickpay. The Challan can be downloaded from the job portal.
• After depositing the processing fee, kindly upload the picture/receipt of the payment on the portal. The application will not be accepted/processed without fee payment.
• One Set of application on the prescribed university form, with complete bio-data and attested documents including: (i) Degree, certificates and transcripts (ii) experience certificates (iii) CNIC (iv) Domicile (v) 2-recent photographs (with blue or white background) (vi) original receipt of Rs. 5000/- paid via any online banking app Kuickpay only, should reach the office of the Registrar by the due date i.e., January 15, 2025
• The documents should be attested by the Gazetted Officer of BS-17 and above. Unattested or self- attested documents will not be accepted.
• Must provide the No inquiry / audit pending certificate from current organization / institution, and from previous employer / organization (if currently left the previous job).
• Only Punjab Domicile holder candidates can apply against the advertised post.
• The experience of BS-17 and above will only be counted for appointment.
• Applicants already working in Government/Semi-Government organizations/ Autonomous Bodies should apply through proper channel by due date and submit service certificates issued by their present employer; otherwise, their applications will not be entertained. However, the University may entertain advance copies.
• Applications with incomplete documents and received after due date shall not be entertained by any means.
• Age relaxation will be given as admissible under the rules/policy of Government of the Punjab.
• Foreign degree holders must provide equivalence certificate issued by HEC.
• The University reserves the rights to not fill / withhold / withdraw the appointment of advertised post or accept/reject any application without assigning any reason.
• The candidates applying for the post must enlist the attached documents with signatures.
• Only short listed candidates will be called for interview and No TA/DA will be paid for interviews. (Decision of the University shall remain binding in all cases).
• The University is not responsible if call letters are delayed or not received due to any lapse of courier services / post office / telephone message.
• No TA/DA will be paid for interview.
• In case any information provided by the candidate in his / her application form is found to be incorrect or false at any stage, he/he shall be disqualified and action will be taken as per rules.
• Dismissed/terminated from the service or penalized contrary to the service(s) by any of the University / Government Department / Autonomous body and semi government are not eligible for aforementioned post.
• Applications will NOT be processed if:
• Both online and hard copies are not submitted by due date.
• Documents are incomplete.
