- In depth review of processes for identification of root causes for resulting in financial and reputational loss.
- Proposing and coordinating with stakeholders for implementation of required controls.
- Review of industry best practices for customer facilitation and aligning bank’s process and procedures.
- Review of system functionalities to streamline the processes and controls along with more convenience for user.
- Resolution the control issues highlighted by internal, external and SBP audit with defined ownership and timelines.
- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices considering performance improvement and cost reduction.
- Coordinating with Training Department for practical and focused training for staff w.r.t. Compliance & other regulatory requirements.
- Providing monthly updates on key improvements to senior management
