Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Content Writer at DEFQON Digital in Lahore. The Content Writer will be responsible for web content writing, content strategy development, research, writing, and proofreading. The role will also involve creating impactful and engaging content to support marketing programs and client initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create engaging, high-quality content for websites, blogs, social media, and other digital platforms.
- Develop SEO-friendly content that improves organic search rankings and drives traffic.
- Conduct keyword research and use SEO best practices to optimize content.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies aligned with business goals.
- Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
- Stay updated with industry trends and integrate new strategies into content creation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and how to apply them in content writing.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Shopify, etc.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong research skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
