This is a full-time on-site role as a Content Team Lead at Right Solution, located in DHA, Karachi. As the Content Team Lead, you will be responsible for hiring and overseeing a team of writers to develop web content and drive the company’s content strategy. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their business goals and translate them into engaging content, as well as mentor and guide the writing team to ensure delivery of high-quality content.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in content writing, website marketing content, or a related field.
• Ability to hire experienced content writers.
• Demonstrated expertise in various types of content, including web copy, blogs, articles, social media, and email campaigns.
• Experience in developing content aligned with SEO best practices.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve business goals and deliver high-quality content.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
