Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Craft engaging and historically-rich content for social media, websites, product descriptions, and other marketing materials, infusing historical and literary themes into every piece.
- Storytelling: Dive deep into the history of handicrafts, cultural traditions, and literature to create narratives that resonate with our brand ethos and enhance our product offerings.
- Product Development Collaboration: Partner with design and production teams to integrate poetic verses, historical references, and literary themes into product names, descriptions, and designs.
- Social Media Management: Develop and execute a social media strategy that aligns with our brand’s voice and aesthetic, focusing on storytelling and cultural heritage.
- Brand Voice & Aesthetic: Maintain and evolve our brand’s voice, ensuring consistency and resonance across all content and platforms.
- Research & Trend Analysis: Stay current with trends in literature, art, and culture, and propose innovative ideas that can inspire new products or marketing initiatives.
- Content Calendar Management: Plan and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent, timely, and relevant posts across all platforms.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Literature, History, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge or interest in history, literature, and traditional handicrafts.
- Ability to research independently.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a sharp eye for detail.
- Experience in social media management and digital marketing.
- Ability to collaborate creatively with design and production teams.
- Innovative thinker with a passion for bringing unique ideas to life.
- Knowledge of SEO and content optimisation is a plus.
- Experience in content creation, writing, and storytelling for brands, particularly in lifestyle, arts, or culture sectors is a plus.
