As a Content Strategist at Milele, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing compelling content across various channels to enhance our brand visibility, engage our target audience, and drive business growth. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team, graphic designers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and effective content delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with Milele's business goals and target audience.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify content opportunities and trends.
- Content Creation and Management:
- Create high-quality, engaging, and SEO-optimized content for various channels, including website, social media, blogs, and email campaigns.
- Collaborate with the design and production team to ensure visual consistency and enhance the overall impact of content.
- Audience Engagement:
- Develop strategies to increase audience engagement and interaction with Milele's content.
- Monitor and respond to audience feedback and comments across platforms.
- Performance Analysis:
- Utilize analytics tools to track the performance of content campaigns.
- Provide regular reports and insights on key performance indicators (KPIs) to the marketing team.

- Website Traffic:
- Measure the increase in organic and referral traffic to the Milele website.
- Social Media Engagement:
- Track likes, shares, comments, and overall engagement on social media platforms. Trach monthly growth of followers across all the social media platforms.
- Conversion Rates:
- Monitor conversion rates from content-driven initiatives, such as newsletter sign-ups and inquiries.
- SEO Performance:
- Evaluate improvements in search engine rankings and organic visibility. Improve google ranking of Milele’s websites on monthly basis.
- Content Reach:
- Measure the reach and impressions of Milele's content across various platforms.
Measurement Methods:
- Utilize Google Analytics, social media analytics tools, and SEO tools to track and measure KPIs.
- Conduct A/B testing for specific content campaigns to assess effectiveness.
Timeline for KPI Review:
· Daily Standups Meetings: Meetings will hold every morning to assess daily performance.
- Monthly Reports: Assess website traffic, social media engagement, and conversion rates monthly.
- Quarterly Deep Dive: Conduct a comprehensive analysis of SEO performance and overall content strategy effectiveness every quarter.
Performance Review and Assessment:
- Conduct regular performance reviews with the Content Strategist to discuss KPI achievements, challenges faced, and areas for improvement.
- Provide constructive feedback and opportunities for skill development based on performance assessments.
