Content Management Assistant

 

Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant or Content Management Assistant to support the creation and organization of course content. This role will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our training programs by providing administrative support tasks and assisting with the development of course materials.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Course Content Support:

 

  • Create and format documents (e.g., lesson plans, handouts, presentations) using Microsoft Word.
  • Search for and download high-quality images that are copyright-free and relevant to course content.
  • Assist with tasks related to content organization and file management.

 

Administrative Tasks:

 

  • Manage calendars and schedules for assigned staff.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and presentations.
  • Perform other general administrative duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Minimum 1 year of administrative experience, preferably in an educational or training environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in internet search techniques and image copyright considerations.
  • Higher level of proficiency in reading, writing, and comprehending the English language.
