Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Supervise a team of writers and coordinate with them

2. Proofread, restructured and edited articles by content writers

3. Ensure that content meets the company or client's requirements, and follows the guidelines provided

4. Ensures the team’s tasks are completed on time

5. Collaborate with co-workers and come up with fresh, creative content ideas, keeping the audience in mind

6. Manage a busy workload according to the deadlines

7. Knowledge of SEO and industry best practices

8. Fact checks and verifies information

9. Stay updated with the latest Google updates regarding web content writing

10. Train new writers

 

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum 3 years of experience as an editor, or similar position

2. Hands-on experience with Google Sheets to organize content

3. Excellent writing and proofreading skills

4. Excellent command of the English language and grammar

5. Strong communication skills

6. Highly organized and detail-oriented

7. Organize the team efficiently
